Facials

With botanical organic products, you will have the best & most affordable facial starting with:

Deep cleansing, hot towels, aromatherapy, steam, supersonic skin scrubber (this machine exfoliates gently & brightens the skin immediately), facial, declotte, shoulder & scalp massage - or if you prefer, foot massage in lieu of scalp massage.

You will also receive a masque for your skin type, hot towel masque removal & moisturizer & sunscreen.

Ananda Facial 45.00
For normal, dry or aging skin.

Note: Two things cause aging of skin the most, sun (always wear sunscreen) & smoking. Also poor diet contributes. See the information on the microcurrent facelift page about how microcurrent can help alleviate sagging & wrinkled skin. Also wear sunglasses outside. Squinting causes fine lines around the eyes & UV & UVB rays cause/contribute to cataracts.

Acne Facial 55.00

The acne facial includes the above, & in addition you get deep pore vacuum, manual extraction of blackheads & other skin debris, followed with high frequency negative ion application which kills acne bacteria & dries the lesions.

Note: Having had acne as a teenager & as an adult, I empathize so much with acne sufferers. Don't feel embarrassed, I can help you if you want to do some things to help yourself.

Sodas, sugar foods, saturated fats such as in fast foods, smoking are all BAD for acne skin.

Eating bright fruits & vegetables, whold grains, drinking lots of water will do wonders in itself.

I know it's hard, but stop picking at your face; this only causing the spread & scarring of acne.

Cleanse your skin twice a day thoroughly with warm -not hot-water followed with a salycilic acid toner & an oil free moisturizer. Not moisturizing only triggers the oil glands to produce more oil. Apply benzoyl peroxide to lesions (this kills the anaroebic acne bacteria).

Keep your hands off your face because we pick up bacteria & viruses from the environment.

Keep your stress levels down as much as possible because that triggers break outs.
